Yeah, what he writes, Bush and Cheney read No doubt about that. Annoys the hell out of other Pundits who would like to get their words read by the White House No problem, just write about how the US needs to achieve world domination and triple the defense budget, and you'll automatically get grants, funding and all kinds of attention. It's a simple game, and many are playing. Some are even changing their "stripes", for fun and profit (witness a recent former British socialist now visiting the WH) <gg>
