quehubo, we, the USA,control the Oil now so we will ultimately decide what roles France, Germany, and to a large part Russia will be playing in the New Iraq......that is what it is all about.

The Middle East is undergoing major changes now, due to our involvement with Iraq, changes to the good and for the USA,

Old traditional Europe has played their cards and they have come up lacking, the pot goes to the USA.

Old Europe is almost as dis-jointed as the Middle East, they keep trying but can't get it right....the Common Market, the Euro....

Bottom line is that each country there thinks of themselves as a separate entity....they struggle to outdo each other, France is the worst, they ARE the stagnation of Europe.
