No. I'm saying that the pipeline that will primarily send oil from ANWR to the lower 48, is already in place - the Alaskan Pipeline. I believe the Alaskan Pipeline is for oil. The ANWR pipeline is supposed to be for natural gas. <font color=blue>http://alaskalegislature.com/stories/102002/delagation.shtml "Calling it the No. 2 issue next to ANWR, Stevens said, the delegation is working to get two-thirds of the necessary funds to finance a natural gas pipeline from the North Slope, which would bring an estimated 50 million cubic feet of gas to market."
