well Gray is on his way out and the hardworking entrepreneurs are going to get a respite from the fleecing. But the fleecing is coming from 2 directions - CA government AND long time CA residents who feel it is their god given right to screw the young tech workers because they happened to own a house here 20+ years ago. Anybody living in a house here that pays under 600$/year in prop taxes is freeloading off the workers and these people have got to go as far as I'm concerned.
