Well it seems that even the majority of dems believe California was totally mis managed by davis.

That's a little bit like saying Guatemala and Belize had a border clash while the US and Japan, Germany, and Italy fought World War II.

And there was absolutely no requirement for Davis to toss the surplus built up over decades in the state treasury into that energy mess. He deserves to walk the plank just for that.

In addition to that, he added 44,000 new jobs to the state payroll AFTER state tax revenues had already started declining.

Hang the bum.
