But you're showing up here to gloat makes me wonder ... If you have ridden these for 3 years, I can only say one thing: Congrats on a great trade!! Being on the right side of the trade is all that counts. Now as to where things will go -- I think even you must recognize that exponential growth in anything has a limit --whether it be housing prices or levels of indebtedness. I gather that what you posted was a little bit of a boast -- that's ok -- but don't fail to post again when you sell -- we want to see the whole trade. Will be interested in your timing there and what you see that says it is over. Until then ... enjoy.
