Well, they weren't bugging Al Qaeda's phones. They couldn't get the money to hire translators!

Why? Because Clinton slashed all the civilian Intel budgets.
And his cuts of 35-39% of the Army, Navy, USAF and Coast Guard, and 5% of the USMC, included the elimination of numerous Military Intel units.

Even as attacks against the USA were accelerating and increasing in intensity, Clinton was dismantling our ability to defend ourselves. And he failed to support troops he placed in harm's way.

For similar reasons Kerry has no chance to win. He is trying desperately to wear the war hero tag...but veterans will always remember him lining up with hundreds of filthy hippies to throw his war medals away. And he did it during a conflict, thereby disparaging the service of those still fighting on the front lines. Guess he never heard of "support the troops." The only troop Kerry ever supported is himself.
