CA is one place where I will be glad if the Democrats lose.

One of the most powerful State Senators there is putting though legislation to make Universal Health care mandatory for all employers with over 20 employees. To his standards. When you add this on with the broken workmans comp program there, it is no wonder employers are leaving the State as fast as possible.

On the other hand, when I talked to my son in Mission Viejo yesterday, he said the house he bought 4 years ago for 325K is now worth 500K. And the house I bought there in 1965 for $23,300 is being sold by my ex for over $400,000. This is due to "lot cost" for new homes in the area. Restrictions on building have just driven up the price of housing in a "Bubble." It can't go on like this.
