Because I haven't seen it posted elsewhere, an observation.

The "foot soldiers" of any quasi-military operation sometimes are not the brightest. Allowing someone to read the-pig-is-dead e-mail wasn't very smart. The result is 19 arrested. This is why you keep this level of operative in an isolated cell. All four car/truck bombs have similar "earmarks" - and are likely from the same group (IMO). But the last one occurred after the 19 were arrested. So there are more place-the-bomb cells, and there is a "superstructure" that decides who and when to bomb.

Where will they strike next? Only they know, but I wouldn't want to be a Pole.
