since I just had to reboot again let me update my post to include error message that comes up on blue screen when trying to start ub.com : "An exception occurred at 0028:C001545A in VxD called from 0028:C004CECC in VxD. tia RO

at boot up it always does a internet explorer 'check' and then leaves a white screen saying page not found at -check Can you give a little more specific info? I'm not sure what you mean. IE is checking for something during the boot process? ultimatebet.com software Have you looked at their site for answers? Do they have a support forum?
