hey VRB I never ever owned it but I would tend to concur with your thoughts based on your post woth the numbers. All penny stocks be it mining - feul cell, tech or whatever are generally based on some sort of great future cash flow pie in sky hopes and not what today is.

anyway can anyone give me a good reason tobuy NXCDQ or an explantion why it is trading up at 2 cents.

or what the hell sparked HBRF to 1MM shares today

It definitely got ahead of itself, especially this morning, I flipped out of it, can't resist 25%+ in 24 hours.

I'd never heard of them, but got back from Vancouver Friday night and found a voice mail from a friend asking me to check them out, should have checked the messages earlier, as it was I think .60something when he left the message.

Did a little poking around over the weekend and didn't see any huge red flags, but wonder about those news releases concerning the "letter of undertaking" and unnamed power companies.

Liked the chart so bought early yesterday morning, and damned if it didn't keep right on going.

Seems they have some systems in place now with some pretty reputable companies.

This is a year old, but I found it an interesting article.

pepei.pennnet.com

"time will tell whether Vanteck has in its grasp the energy storage equivalent to the Holy Grail. Certainly the performance of the PacifiCorp VRB/VESS system will be followed closely by those in the power supply industry. They will need to be convinced that VRB/VESS is the technology to meet the increasing demand for uninterrupted back-up power for ride-through, peak shaving, reliable and quality power."
Looking for another buying opp now.

No idea what they do yet, but the last filing I see is a big S-8 10 days ago....looks top heavy to me.

Market cap right now about $99 million....oops but $8million in cash and $3mm in revs last q.
