Quarantining them should be sufficient. Go into reports/quarantined items -View Reports - you will be given several choices (repair/delete) - i'd just delete them at that point. as for why they popped up during Spybot run, i have no idea. larry

"I have 2 questions

Do you think these virus's showed up on alert today because I was in the middle of running Spybot?"

i'm going to say no

"Now that I have them Quarantined is that good enough or do I need to find a way to remove them?"

as you know, quarantined is a good thing. it means NAV caught them. they can be deleted from there.

at this time, if i were you, i'd download the most current NAV definitions, then run a full system scan.

also be absolutely certain that NAV's auto-protect feature is enabled. this will provide resident, full-time protection against malware when it attempts to execute.

scanning is a good idea because there are times when malware has made its way onto a system but has not been opened or run, and a full system scan will detect the presence of this uninvited guest.

good luck
