Bush has gotten us into this mess but can he get us out?
I don't believe he can. Yes, he has finally capitulated and invited in the UN, but he is in bed with too many oil and defense special interests to do anything to keep them from making maximum profits in Iraq (at tax-payer expense). Bush has proven time and time again he cares much more for corporate special interests like Big Oil, Bectel and Halliburton than the public. He simply cannot be trusted. And now now we all know his rationale for rushing into Iraq was extremely deceptive. How could you ever trust a leader like that again? Impossible.
