<Time for this country to stop this experiment in neocolonialism.> The only real priority, other than ego and getting re-elected, is locking-in contracts for friends. Bush will be happy to have other countries staff the occupation no matter how good or bad the results because this has nothing to do with helping Iraqis per se, and other countries will send their troops because they will get a cut of the "action" -- as Poland has made so plain.
