I couldn't say. You've been around long enough to know that there are lots of tushports out and about who attempt to take fees from OTC companies and then don't perform. Sounds like the company is in the process of getting those shares cancelled or returned, though. It will be interesting to see if they name those jerks in a PR or the next 8K or 10Q.
