Ken Lay will never be indicted while Bush is in power.
He knows too much. He knows who was giving him the green light to gouge California and the rest of the nation. The fix is in. Also for James Baker who was instrumental in the phony energy crisis as well as the big Florida voter scrub cheat and now all but runs Carlyle Group, a company which suspiciously heavily invested in homeland security companies prior to 9-11.
