Not surprising, as many of the top military are wholly pissed off at Rumsfeld and the neocons for their pre-war shakeup of the military. Yet another internal feud, on top of the Neocon/State Dept feud. Whitman bailed, IMO, because she couldn't stand the repeated demands that her EPA lie for the WH. Powell, I predict, will bail in '04. Cheney, I believe, will leave for 'health reasons'. Others may be tossed overboard. Last one left in the administration, turn out the lights before you go...
