I don't badmouth this country (I'm assuming you mean the US). I occasionally say that I disagree with the policies of the government, which is not "this country"- the government is merely a transitory alliance of political figures. I disagreed with some of what the last alliance of transitory political figures did also. You are using a classic ad hominem argument. It would be better if you did not do that, imo.
