I do not think we will "declog". As it stands, multiple responsibility generally just means more people to put on trial. Apart from that, shared responsibility with the victim generally means that there is mitigation to reduce the severity of the charge. I think it is true that we are too prone to making the trial a contest rather than a means to find truth and justice, but the complaint revolves around things like the exclusionary rule. If we care for truth, we will not exclude proof that someone is guilty due to procedural flaws, we will discipline those who screwed up..........
