I read your post -- something wrong with Bush - then lets talk about Clinton. Same sad old excuses about Bush. Same sad comparisons with Clinton.

Bush developed a foreign policy based on the principle of unilateral American decision and action. The US is now isolated as a result of what Bush did. This is a terrible position to be in, and now Bush is trying to save his own political skin by trying to put a veneer of multilateralism over the sick unilateralist policies he adopted.
