Preliminary results show Its clear that we will be over 5%! I have gotten various reports about the trading and I would urge those private comments to post their thoughts here. If some of the supposed shennanigans going on are correct IMO we have a much better chance to improve our investment return by acting as a block sale. Its no different than how an ARB works, their price is Never the market price. I will contact SSPI and get the name of the CIBC rep in charge of assembling the bids. I will ask that the groups collective share count be offered to all bidders and we than can see if our collective value is greater than the present value of our depreciated holdings in light of the shennanigans. There are no guarantees anyone will be interested, but if there are a good number of bidders our combined shares become Material, and that is a potential that is worth exploring.
