When Gore lost, they "kicked the can" to Bush but they are slanting what they told them. Wrong. You will recall the Bush people refused to discuss terrorism issues with members of the outgoing administration. Read the Sacred Terror book. So they simply left on the table the growing evidence, the growing concerns of the Clinton folk with bin Laden. If you will recall, all serious stuff we have from the last two or three years of the Clinton administration, he was focused on bin Laden.
