<<What else did the chief say?>> He said that Rossinis restaurant which is across the street from his office in Kitsilano is good and the owner is a cool guy. I agree with this interpretation as I have been in the restaurant myself and they have good live bands. I told Randy that he should try the little Lebanese takeaway directly below his place which he confesses that he has never tried. I told him the shwarma is the best in Vancouver. Then we talked a little about reflux ;-) He also said that even though he is just across the bridge from downtown Vancouver that he hates going there. Hey he's a really cool guy.
