Actually, I'm doing a lot of work in the anaerobic digestion area these days with a new process that's about 4 times more efficient than anything previously available. There are major sources of unlimited anaerobic feedstock all over the USA, so I expect to see some newer and more efficient applications to provide examples soon. One problem is the ability to wheel power down the grid to who needs it based on regulation and tariff problems. But, that's changing. Closed loop on-site projects are a lot simpler.

In the interim we are looking at some pipeline injection projects where the methane can be easily mixed with the NG and the pipeline company will market the energy to utilities and major users as they are doing now.

There are a few other R&D efforts that may make some major changes in the equation. I'll PM you later.

When it comes to UPS or stand-by for banks, hospitals, etc., you're certainly correct. The high-tech applications are great for those. I met a crew installing a system like that in downtown Omaha, and it was pretty slick.

John :-)

Interesting discussion guys, thanks. Had to look up a few things to understand what you're talking about....but...I still don't know if I should hold some VRB just in case, or play it like any other pos based just on volume and momentum, then use what I make, to put up a wind generator and get some solar panels.
