Actrade? Look at the chart!

pinksheets.com

Sort of shorting opportunity must develop here.

old.edgarpro.com

contains all the stuff related to the bankruptcy plan and other information. Note that Class 7 claims (subordinated, other than debtors will not vote and will not receive any distribution, btw Class 4 - SEC claims neither).

Class 7 Interests are Impaired. The holders of Class 7 Interests shall receive no distribution.
On the Effective Date, all Class 7 Interests shall be deemed
canceled,
null and void and
of no force and effect.

Accordingly, the holders of Class 7 Interests are deemed to reject the Plan and are not entitled to vote.

...don't pass go,... don't collect $200..

Too funny:

IV. ASSETS OF THE ESTATE
A. ACTRADE ASSETS

As of August 31, 2003 Actrade had approximately $34,000 in total current assets. This amount consists of $1,000 in cash and $33,000 in other current assets.
Actrade is also owed $18,940,000 from its subsidiaries and $320,000 in investments in subsidiaries for a sum of $19,294,000 in total assets.
