"Who should I show my Hijack This log to for help?" the site i linked where one can obtain HijackThis... tomcoyote.org has a link titled Where to find Help SpywareInfo Support Forums spywareinfo.com go there and scroll down to Spyware and Hijackware Removal Support spywareinfo.com i have posted a couple lists there recently, and received excellent advice and assistance. i am getting better at interpreting the lists and IDing the problem entries. if you are running SpywareBlaster or the Spybot feature that locks the browser home page, you'll need to shut them down prior to removing items with HijackThis. just reading through a few of the other posts there will help you to understand the process better. let us know if you need more help and how it went hth
