It's obvious that stupid bill blew the chances to get binnie and 9/11 occurred. And the billions not spent on defense by mr. bill to balance his budget are being spent now. And the investment in creating a new Iraq will repay us well. It is cheap at five times the price.

But the ROE ignorant will never understand.
