the current government is very unstable and while they are hostile to us they are far better than alternative. We really do not want bin Ladin or someone like that running the country.

true but like I said the alternative is worse and plus you have to convince other countries to join and that would be virtually impossible.

In fact the best course of action is to hit some hostile enemy that is close to SA and Iraq qualifies. In fact, after US hitting Iraq SA is trying desperately to demonstrate to US that they are cleaning their act....
