That is such a crock!!!!!! The ONLY reason Bush thought he could JAM ANOTHER RIGHT WINGER into the court was the fact that he was Hispanic....otherwise there are TONS of other QUALIFIED Hispanic Jurists out there that would have been easily approved......He is an arrogant stealth candidate in the true tradition of SECRET BUSH...

In California, their going to let undocumented aliens get driver's licenses. In an effort, I guess, to take people off of public transportation; and onto the State's already crowded streets, in older - and probably higher polluting vehicles.
