Horgad: A pal of mine, who at the time had substantial means, went out and bought himself a 2 year old BMW. For the next several months, I had to endure an unending litanny of ghastly repair invoice stories. At one point, I couldn't help myself and commented that his latest invoice represented two years worth of maintenance on my high mileage Golf. Shortly afterward, he sold it, owning up to the fact that it was slowly driving him to the poorhouse. (g) Best, Earlie
