I still dont think Clark will run. If he does, he's got a hell of a lot of catching up to do. Dean and Kerry already have about 15 million in the bank. You haev to raise that in $2000 or less checks now. That would mean Clark would need a huge grassroots groundswell. And he'd be runing against fellow Silver and Bronze Star winner Kerry.

Many Democrats want the Bush wars to end, not a General to manage more wars. Clark's best chance is as Veep if Dean is lucky enogh to get nominated. Dean would need Clark badly, but maybe that would turn off some of his Nader type supporters who are pacifists. There are millions of people who actually believe all military violence is bad and evil. Many of those now support Dean and are sending him small checks.
