Jla, as a lawyer, what do you think of the recent death sentence given to a man in Louisiana for raping his stepchild? It was a very brutal rape. Looks like it might go all the way to the Supreme Court.

As more and more time passes on that excuse gets lamer and lamer, if they need more manpower, then they should get it, if they need brighter people working the case then they should get that too.
I honestly don't believe you'll see Enron case brought to trial before this election, and if Bush should win, I don't think you'll see it before the 2008 election !
