Problem is that apparently no one outside the US wants the services we produce or we wouldn't have a 500B and growing current account deficit. Pizza can't be delivered to China in under 30 minutes. Cafe Mocha has a shelf life. We give them the bombs we produce for free. We drop them on cities at no monetary cost to them.
