I don't believe you are missing the point in error, since your posts are a tissue of anti-American propaganda. Powell-unless the French hijack the SC one more time-has isolated the French and delivered them a total diplomatic defeat. If it doesn't blow up in his face, it's critical to the protracted war against world Islam, which will last for at least another 20 years. Islam is at war with the world, and the remainder of the West will either begin fighting now, or-at much greater cost-later. The Krauts and Russians appear to have now figured that out, and have left the French in the lurch. That's good for them, good for the world (except, of course, France) and a victory for Powell, Rice, and (President guess who?)...
