On the other hand.....if I don't really give a hoot if you believe it or not.....and don't feel like expending the effort to find the message .........that might also explain it.... Civil suits have been filed against the officers, including Lay by the DOL.....the SEC did send him a target letter and my recollection is that he has a trial coming up.....if Lay is guilty he will get his just desserts.....its unlikely that Clinton and/or Rubin will get what they deserve for enabling the fraud which occurred......that is the real crime.
