I just think about the process. And then state an action has a season. There is always a balance of doing it now or investing resources to create more resources to do it in the future.

But before one does anything one has to figure out what has to be done. One also has to take into account the resources one has and the pressure on those resources based up the current environment.

Having had to work in the field in hot conditions of 95 and frigid conditions of single digits and doing real assembly and fabrication it's obvious that stupid talking head pontificating in air conditioned studios have no clue as to the debilitating effects of working in 120 degrees in the shade.

Actual reconstruction of infrastructure was going slowly. WOW, no that's a surprise. And having more soldiers in malaise of such heat would have added to what....

Is the world just full of complete idiots who don't have a clue about the extreme physical pressure of 120 degrees in the shade.

Professional athletes die of heat stroke. hmmm... where are all the physically mega fit experts on rebuilding that were LOL not planned for supposed to come from.

The environmental stress of Iraq is receding and now with 35,000 plus Iraqi security forces it makes sense that more resources can be directed toward integrating command and control with other countries and existing in country US aggressor resources will be twice or even three times more effective and capable sans 120 degrees in the shade.

All the stupid people, what is the weather outside.

In Iraq.

Well, what worries me is that I truly believe the French and the Germans have ulterior motives that have NOTHING TO DO with eliminating terrorism, making the Middle East safer and less chaotic. IN FACT, I will go so far to say as I BELIEVE they WANT THE STATUS QUO over there to feed their arms merchants. If I were the President I would SHUT DOWN our troops in Germany and BRING THEM HOME. There is no longer any threat from the Ruskies and even if there is LET THE EUROPEANS HANDLE IT. We go only ONE FRIEND in the so-called Western bloc (Great Britian), I trust the POLES more then the French. jdn
