No, he did not. Arbpro's post was simply a laundry list of talking points why he likes MXO v WDC. None was detailed enough to be utterly convincing. Any lawyer or WDC long could tear apart the list point by point if he chose to do so. Each point had just enough meat to chew on.

On this particular point, regarding One Touch, I do not have any data to corroborate or refute. All I can say for sure is that product differentiation, which MXO is doing here, is precisely the correct strategy. If you read The Innovator's Dilemma, amazon.com, as I did this past weekend, you will see why.
