The trouble is, Junior started spending like a drunken sailor right when the economy needed some responsibility. There was a financial crisis every couple of years. Clinton dealt with them when they were on his watch, but Junior couldn't give the money to his friends fast enough. That is why the economy crashed, and why you won't see any jobs so long as Junior is still on the outside of the bars.
