We did not "rush" in. There was a specific time line.

Saddam refused to comply. There is only one presumption that you can draw from that.

Then France SCREWED the diplomatic process up, SOLELY to cover up their criminal activity.

It is a no brainer.

You you would be negligent, and STUPID not to respond to the facts as they were in March.
