Got it!! All downloaded and installed! Shut down ZAP by unchecking "Load ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering at startup" (as per Mr. Mark... thank you), and also shut down everything else... except BOClean. Can configure BOClean, but it doesn't hold (can't seem to shut it down even with the menu... it just pops-up again in the task bar in the lower right) even with unchecking the first box so it is only supposed to scan at startup and then quit. It just keeps popping back-up. Anyone with any ideas? Mr. Mark... you use BOClean... any thoughts? Many thanks again. Read a post here and there and put them together to help solve a problem. Marty
