I complained about that a few months ago and was promised a one-time credit for $20 on my bill. It never appeared, and they now claim they never told me this. What a company!

Edit: Maybe they should call it Level 1.5

Thanks for the reminder.. I just went online and removed the L2 option from my subscription.

Twice now, Michael has offerred to come back to this thread with an explanation of the delay and projection for when L2 will work. Unless I missed his post, we've heard nothing.

I am ever so close to leaving QCharts for eSignal... as much as I love the product, the arrogance of charging for L2 when it is dysfunctional is too much.
