Dude, Headlines in the Seattle Times today announcing the University of Washington will further limit transfers from community colleges. It is getting more difficult for the average student from a middle class family to succeed in life. Resident tuition at the U of W Law school next year in $13,000. When I attended law school there, it was $300.
