Bush Sees Positive Economic Signs
Friday September 5, 10:27 am ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House said on Friday it saw "promising" signs of economic growth despite an
unexpectedly bleak report showing Americans are struggling to find jobs.

"There are a number of positive signs in our economy. There are number of promising signs in the economy. ... But
there is more we need to do to get the economy growing even faster. The president is not satisfied," White House
spokesman Scott McClellan said after the government reported that U.S. employers cut jobs in August at the fastest
pace since March.

McClellan sought to play down the implications of the employment report, saying, "What usually happens after a
recession is jobs are one of the last things to catch up."

Larry,
Yes, it does seem like I got in just before the breakout above resistance. It is not my nature to trade anymore so I think I will be just holding this and waiting for a full recovery in this sector. <even if it takes 2 years!!> Thanks again Larry!! It is kind of funny that when I wanted a stock to take a high risk stab at that I turned to this board. That says a lot for the people here and the respect I have for you all. Thanks again.
