Yes....and the recent comments by Docomo that the 505 series will be the last new PDC series provide a real boost to my confidence that 10 million will prove to be too low a target.

The rest of the world is much harder to get a handle on....Hutchison hasnt provided any targets for '04. If they continued their current subsidy/tariff policy I could see a pretty big jump in W-CDMA subs in the UK/Italy. However, I think that would prove to be a little too expensive to continue for more than a couple more months.
