That's right. The remains of the Clinton/Rubin economic disaster are confined to the most left-leaning areas of the Blue Zone, where they deserve it the most. That helps explain why the anti-American forces have thrown off all subtlety and are now OPENLY running against America and George Bush in 2004. Their ability to find cover-or even to keep their overpriced and unproductive jobs-has evaporated...

I'm sure there many qualified Indians who could have performed this analysis at a fraction of the cost the analysts at McKinsey are paid. Think of the benefits that would accrue to consumers of think tank effluent. Thinkers can tank anywhere in the world today, not just NY or DC.
