Ferrari offered to buyout OME OME is 60% owned by ZAP who HRR offered to buy out

Omega's parent company, Zapata Corp. (NYSE:ZAP - News), said in March it had received an unsolicited $107.6 million offer to buy the company, including its Omega stake, from a self-described merger and acquisition partnership called Hollingsworth, Rothwell & Roxford.

Zapata, which owns about 60 percent of Omega's outstanding shares, rejected the offer and the issue faded away.
