Successful candidates seem to have that 'something extra'. Bush has got a steely stare and resolve. Clinton connected with people. Reagan was like that grandfather that everyone liked. Bush 41, well, I guess he's the exception that proves the rule... :)

Kerry doesn't have that, at least as far as I can see. And, other Demos seem to sense that, too, which is why Dean is taking things by storm. But Dean seems to be severely flawed, and may have that ominous label: UNELECTABLE.
