No, it is unresponsive to the discussion that has been going on. No one is saying that the guy should not be charged. A circumstance where some ambiguity remained was discussed. It was affirmed that in such a situation, penetration would constitute sexual assault at least. Nevertheless, the possibility that the situation raised questions of intent and degree of culpability was discussed, along with the difference between aggressiveness and true coercion. After all of that, you come back with a mindless slogan.......
