Of course the senior drug program is a DEMOCRAT thing. Don't you remember the presidential debates of 2000 when Gore and every other prominent DEMOCRAT called Bush's drug program inadequate? Gore would have already funded it with about triple the dollars Bush is proposing. Bush has been brow beaten into a many bad program by DEMOCRATS. Remember how he caved on Africa AIDS? If you have a problem with Bush, it should be his willingness to cave into stupid and costly DEMOCRAT programs.
