when in pain, people don't really need a lot of fancy drugs... what they need are opiates... so why not take all of the narcotics laws off of the books and everyone here could have their own poppy garden?... it would take care of the 'prescription drug problem' at virtually no cost... oh i forgot... something like that would put the breweries, the distilleries, and the pharmacutical companies out of biz... not to mention the 'dare' people and the dea and corrupt cops...
